Social media platforms provide fields for pronouns, and more and more people are using pronouns in their digital signatures. We support the normalization of pronouns as a general reference. Please note that your pronoun will be displayed publicly. Make sure you only share information you are comfortable with. If you left the pronoun field blank, we encourage you to share your pronouns when connecting with others.

Language is fluid. It is constantly changing. Therefore, the meaning of certain terms also changes. Ethnicity refers to the grouping of people in terms of their culture, language and nationality. All of these are social characteristics, while race refers to the phenotypic classification of
people. It refers to their physical characteristics and genes, such as skin color, etc. The term „ethnic identity“ is intended to create the possibility of identifying oneself to the group to which one feels culturally closest, as well as the possibility of describing oneself by one’s physical characteristics.
